Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

 

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Our warehouse are located around the world. Order processing usually takes 2-5 days. For domestic orders in the United States it will normally take 7 to 20 business days to ship. For International orders, please allow up to 30-45 business days for your order to ship.

 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, for the most part. At checkout you will see whether or not we can reach your country or not. At the moment we support many countries with shipping.

 

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be use one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

 

Q: What's your return policy?

 A: Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

 A: Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for the product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

 

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

 

Q: Do your offer shipment during COVID-19?

 A: Yes, we do offer shipping. However, shipment time may vary depend on the Global Pandemic and location.
